Pastor

Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is also the Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion to train the next generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
