It was her role as a character in Transformers as Mikaela Banes, played by Shia LaBeouf that gave her a breakthrough. She's been nominated three times for Teen Choice Awards. In the Transformers sequel Revenge of the Fallen brought the film a lot of praise. Also, for this role that she won two Teen Choice Awards: 'Choice Female Hottie as well as Choice Summer Movie Star Female. She was awarded Teen Choice Awards in the Choice Female Hottie category and Choice Movie Actress: horror/Thriller categories for her role in Jennifer's Body.
