Nadia and Carol

Nadia Comaneci is a Romanian gymnast (born 12 November 1961, in Gheorghe Gheorghiu Dej [now Onesti] Romania). She was first person to reach a flawless 10 in an Olympic occasion. When she made her debut as a senior in 1975 she beat the Russian Lyudmila Turkishcheva. The five-time European champion, winning four golds and a silver. In 1976, she became the first female athlete in the world to utilize a reversed double salto for a dismount off the parallel bars. When she was in her teens she started appearing on traveling shows like Ice Capades as a skater together with her younger sister Nina Wayne. Carol Marie Wayne was born on September 6 1942 on the 6th of September 1942 in Chicago Illinois US. Carol ventured into the world of entertainment as a teenager. Early on she was a figure skater on the show Ice Capades with her sister Nina Wayne. These shows included skaters who were performed to music from the stage.
